Healthy Chocolate Pudding (retreat recipe!)

One of my favorite parts of retreats is the food!  We do our best to integrate healthy, delicious, unique, local, and organic meals into the retreats we offer.  This simple chocolate pudding recipe was a crowd-pleaser at the Spring gathering Rhythms of Nature.  Hope you enjoy!  

Serves 2


-1 ripe avocado

-2 tbs honey (vegans try maple syrup)

-3 tbs of cocoa powder

-6 tbs coconut milk (unsweetened)

-a pinch of salt

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Spruce it up by adding any of the following: coconut flakes, cinnamon, berries, and/or crushed almonds.
